Yes! With your registration, we instantly 5000 credit points worth € 15 on your new loyalty guest account, and you will also be entitled for a 5% discount even in your first reservation!

Yes, you do. If you activate your account, your old points will be credited again! If you have not confirmed your account yet, please do so now. We send the information about the activation to our Loyalty guests in a separate email.

If you log in to your own Friends of Greenfield Club account, you can see your actual reservations, offers, point account and your current Loyalty status.
If you are already a registered member, please do not forget to log in with your own username and password before making the reservation. If you haven’t registered yet, do it now; after all, you are entitled for a 5% discount and can start collecting points right after logging in. Do not forget, we reward you an extra 5000 points!

We credit points to our registered guests after their stay in our hotel. You can receive the points if you made your reservation directly through the hotel’s website or personally in the hotel. The points are given for services booked in advance; that is, the credit is based on the confirmed total price, which is activated after departure.

In case of a reservation, please log in on our hotel’s website with your own username and password. If you start a calculation this way, the system automatically offers you the opportunity to distract the possible number of points from the total price. If you need help, our colleagues gladly stand at your service!

You are able to collect points starting from the first booking after your registration. We cannot credit points in our system from bookings before your registration.

The points are available for 2 years. Book your next Greenfield holiday as soon as possible!

Your points can still be used within their original term of validity!

We suggest you do one registration per family. However, if a larger family or friendship circle are relaxing together in Greenfield Hotel, every room should be reserved with a separate registration, so that individual discounts can be applied!
If you decide to aim for further discounts, we suggest you do not use your points but collect them until you reach 80 000 / 150 000 points, which allow the purchase of Level Silver/Gold.
