The booking is only valid if holding a valid confirmation for the given period of time.

To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment is required, during the high-season, the necessary amount is 80% or 100%. The deadline for the payment is indicated in the confirmation.

All individual bookings can be cancelled free of charge 7 days prior to arrival. In the case of cancellations within 7 days, the hotel shall bill the advance payment made as penalty. During the high-season, the terms and conditions of cancellation may change.

Accepted payment options on site for the hotel services include cash, credit card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro).

The dress code in our Seasons restaurant is smart casual. Please consider this when getting dressed for meals.

Please wear a bathrobe only in the spa and the wellness area of the hotel.

The first 18-hole golf course in Hungary with a territory of 100 hectares is located next to our hotel. For our golf-player guests, the green fee is included from Monday to Friday when booking a Classic or a Superior room, on the other days it is available for a discounted price if booked in advance.
